Acceptance of Your Stalking

This post is about coming to terms with being a target of multiple stalkers organized and run by the US Government against you.  You will have to come to accept your stalking situation, not because you deserve it or that you should ever have had this happen to you in the first place but in the sense that this is  part of your life now and it will not go away quickly or easily. You are in for a long drawn out fight but do not despair because there are lots of things you can do to help yourself deal with it so you can survive it.  The first year or two, I use to struggle with thinking it was always going to end but it never did and it just kept escalating with time.  Of course I had no idea what organized group stalking was at that time so I was at a disadvantage.   Eventually though,  I understood that thinking that it would end was not helpful to me surviving it so I started to learn to deal with it.  This is the time I started to condition my own mind and that is mentioned in my desensitization post.   It was a great relief when I learned about what organized stalking was on websites and that I was not alone anymore.   It filled me in on some missing pieces to the puzzle of what organized stalking is about but certainly not all of them.  Be sure to educate yourself on OS as much as possible because information is power and everything I have learned since has been put to good use.  So, even though it is a less than ideal situation to be group stalked, it is important not to over react to it.  Your mind will have to stay strong to deal with this and its very important to remember that is really where your war against your stalkers is taking place.  Control your mind and emotions and you will survive.  Never forget with your stalkers, that you are dealing with a bunch of spineless pussy cowards so don't let them get the best of you. Think of how depraved and soulless these pathetic losers are that they do this to find purpose in their shallow lives.  Laugh at them and be glad you are not lowlife trash like they are.  Always know that you are a much better person than they will ever be and you will prevail.   Don't let them pull you into their game.  They will try to frustrate you to the point that you will come after them or lose control but don't let anger overtake you.  If you do you are playing right into their game plan.  Anger and violence will be your downfall if you let them get to you so don't do it.   It will only get you in trouble with the police and you could lose your credibility about reporting the stalking at some later point.  Can you imagine trying to explain the intricacies involved with organized group stalking and what is happening to you to a beat cop who shows up to an incident if you lose control and assault one of your stalkers?  It will be a no win situation for you so avoid it at all costs.  If you are having anger issues you can program that anger right out of your mind by conditioning yourself.  I dealt with some anger at different times in my first year or so of my stalking but I realized that would not serve me well so I conditioned what anger I did have right out of my head for good.  I have not felt anger for over years now and I will never go back to that again. You can also take more control of your situation by being proactive in fighting back but do it in the right way. Tell your story to as many people as you can because it will free you a great deal emotionally.  The worst thing I did was not take action sooner than I did but I also did not understand what I was up against for a long time.  I think a lot of targets fall into this category for a while before they find out what organized stalking is and then what they can do to fight back.  Exposure of this crime to law enforcement who still uphold the law and the general public is key to ending or reducing your stalking. Tell as many people as you can and provide good Internet links to good sources of information on this crime to back yourself up. Do not be overbearing when telling people or argue with them about it and just try to get basic concepts across like innocent Americans citizens are being stalked by the government and then let it lay.  Remember its exposure to new ideas first and then let them process it in their own right. If they act interested then give them more info on it or let them ask questions.   For me, I have told everybody I know about my story and now with my blog I am reaching people all over the world.  That is a good feeling of empowerment.  Become an activist against organized stalking because if you are a target then you are in the front lines of this battle whether you like it or not and if you don't sound the alarm about this crime to others then who will?  Fight the good fight everybody!

Targets-Do Tell Your Story

I would tell targets to definitely go to the police and tell them your story about organized group stalking but you have to go about it the right way.  Only when the truth comes out about the U.S. Government stalking its citizens will there be a chance of something changing for the better. The more people that know the better but you have to be careful about how you go about telling your story. For the police I would not try to go and explain it in person or on the phone first but I would suggest writing your story down and make sure you spend a good amount of time making it as readable as possible for your audience to understand.  By submitting it in writing or e-mail first you give the reader time to digest and reread the information over again so it sinks in and they will have at least a little background on it before you go and talk to the police in person.  Also providing good website links with good information on organized group stalking in your report will help back your case when meeting with the police.   For your report I would try to give the best examples of your stalking that you think somebody who has never heard of group stalking can understand and follow.  I would try and not give examples that are too far out to believe for your audience no matter how real they may be.  You will have a hard enough time getting them to believe just the normal tactics that your organized stalkers use against you.   So I would just stick with the basics in your report because ultimately you are trying to get the police to help you and why hurt those chances by reporting covert technologies (this would be the energy weapons and mind weapons mentioned on other targets sites) that makes your report that much harder to believe.  In time, after seeing how the police choose to handle your situation then you might want to mention your suspicion that these unknown technologies are possibly being used against you.  To my knowledge, I never experienced these things myself so I ended up reporting most of my entire stalking experience in my report.  When in person with the police you have to present yourself with a calm demeanor when describing your experience to them.  Getting upset or emotional will only hurt your cause by making you look like you are not  in control of yourself and casting doubt on your situation.  Get a group of people that you trust and can vouch for your character when you go to the police.  Also I would try to go with someone who might have witnessed some of the stalking  activities against you.  If you go to the police alone you might want to consider the fact that some targets claim they have been sent to the psychiatric hospital against their will.   I think that was more common in the past but things are changing today for the better. Still, be careful about it if you have to go alone and you might want to research how your local police handle these situations.  For the rest of the people in your life including friends and family I would put your police report on a blog with the group stalking web links like I did and let them read it for themselves. You can fill in all their questions later.  Anyone who is worth while in your life will give you the benefit of the doubt that you are going through something bad even if they don't understand everything about group stalkings.  Remember, you will find a great deal resistance to these ideas by a lot of people because it is overwhelming to them and they have many preconceived ideas about America and that our government does not, could not do these things to its own citizens.  Its a huge wall of ignorance to overcome so give them plenty of time like literally from months to years to slowly acclimate to the information that you should keep feeding them slowly in small doses. The good news is that awareness about the existence of organized group stalking is growing everyday so sooner or later it will become easier for victims to come forward with their stories and be believed by the general public and authorities.   Remember, that you always have the truth on your side so stay steady in your course of actions and it will show through eventually. Your stalkers operate on a web of nothing but lies, arrogance and deceit which will surely fail someday as all things that lack integrity eventually do. Time will bare out the truth about these criminals against true American Patriots and freedom loving Americans.

Targets - Desensitize Yourself

I thought I would give some advice for fellow targets on how I handle certain situations of my stalking and what has helped me. Your stalkers are going to sensitize you to things like certain sounds when you are at home or away and possibly visual things as well.  They can be common sounds that can be found in any neighborhood but the difference is when the sounds are focused solely at a target who is aware this activity is directed at them that it quickly becomes an abusive pattern. In my case it was prop driven airplanes buzzing the neighborhood and loud cars used in various ways. They will hammer away at you with this stuff night and day until you get sensitized to it. You will or probably have already experienced something similar.  It is very likely you did not understand you were being sensitized to these things in the first place and that you were being put through the whole process that targets are put through in the early years of the organized stalking campaign against you.  After your stalkers have done these certain sounds through their sound attacks thousands of times in many months against you then you might find yourself having stress and anxiety after hearing it each time.  This is where the general public does not get that common sounds can be used as psychological attacks against someone if done constantly and the target knows a group of hostile stalkers is working against them 24/7. The public hears it as normal background noises of the neighborhood but the target alone is the only one aware of the patterns and meanings behind these sounds (attacks) and the group that is after them  The general public has never in their life had to ever endure anything similar to this experience of being stalked by a group and the psychological terror tactics used so it is hard for them to imagine it.  If you are a target and have reached my blog or other organized group stalking sites, then you are already well on your way to understanding what is happening to you.  I am sure it was a great relief when you found out about organized group stalking.  I have heard many targets mention this moment of reckoning when they find out they are a target and they are not alone against the madness directed at them in their life anymore.  It brings some relief and makes a target feel better to know there are other people out there that understand everything that they have experienced.  Understanding what is happening to you makes all the difference in the world because you can become proactive in controlling the psychological damage that is being done to you.  The good news is that you can learn to desensitize yourself to your stalkers attacks against you enabling you to try and get some control back in your life.  Here are some things I have learned to do that has helped me.  Whatever type of attack the stalkers do to you that bothers you, then you need to tell your mind to "reject it" over and over again repeatedly while the attack is going on.  Also, be sure to take deep breathes as you do it because it will help your mind and body relax.   This will do two things.  First it will keep your mind occupied with the "reject it" slogan or any other phrase repeated by you that will occupy your mind and comfort you while the attack is going on and your mind will not be able to react or focus on the attack like it would normally because it is preoccupied with another task.  Secondly, you are starting to recondition you mind back to normal again whenever those attacks occur.  Its easy to do and very effective at minimizing the damage of the attacks against you.  You will have to do it a lot to get back to an acceptable level for yourself and it is something you will have to upkeep regularly but it is well worth it.  When you get quiet time you can also program into your head whatever messages you need to combat these psychological attacks with simple and and effective messages. Before I understood the real situation behind my organized stalking and became an aware target, I used to use the slogan in my mind,"have no fear, no anger and no resistance."  This is preemptive conditioning and all three ideas in the phrase are good advice to instill in yourself if you are going to survive your stalking over the long run. I also only mean no resistance as in don't engage them in person because you will gain nothing and risk losing your credibility because you might get angry and lose control which is exactly what they want. Remember they are waiting for this to happen in public and it will be recorded and used against you if you lose your cool so do not do it. There are plenty of things you can do behind the scene to resist your stalkers.  You can also personalize your slogans you use in your mind to your own situation and whatever works for you.  Some other ones I have used when attacked is saying, "It (the attack) has nothing to do with me, and I have nothing to do with it.  I am independent of it in mind and thought".  This is a really good way to take control of the situation on a mental level.  Another idea is you can place the value of zero or the empty set sign in your mind when they attack you.  Just think of a giant zero in your head or a wall of thousands of zeros while they are harassing you creating the meaning of nothing to your mind. In essence, teaching your mind to react to it as a meaningless occurrence with no value or purpose.  Another thing I have learned is don't be a participant in your own stalking.  What I mean is try and not let it affect you mentally where you are always trying to figure out all the crap they are doing to you. The sooner you stop worrying about what they have done to you and why the better off you will be.  You will have to learn to control it on your part.  If you find yourself obsessing and trying to figure out the patterns and purpose to their attacks then you are letting them win. The same "reject it" technics from above can even be used in this situation after the fact if you find yourself always going back and thinking about these attacks against you.  As long as the attacks are only psychological in nature you can greatly reduce their effect by not letting them work on you from your end. One TI summed it up recently by saying something like it is basically just a bunch of idiot losers making noises outside.  I think that sums up the stalkers activity outside of my house very well and learn to keep that in mind if you find them getting to you.  As for being sensitized to things by sight, it has never been much of a problem for me.  It may be for others though so if you are seeing something you don't like then I would use the technics above while it is in sight.  Other easy ways to help yourself is learn not to look around when you drive through you neighborhood, when you walk in and out of stores or whatever.   I know when a TI is in their early phases of their stalking it is hard not to look around at everything your stalkers do or anybody else for that matter.  Don't play into the paranoia the stalkers want you to believe that everybody is in on your stalking.  Its not true and only a very small percentage of people are actually taking part in stalking you but you may feel otherwise.  There is a simple solution to deal with it and that is to just keep your eyes forward and mind your own business when you go out and you will miss a lot of what they do and take them out of their game big time.  You don't have to watch what your stalkers do when you drive down your street, look at them in other cars at intersections, see them in stores or whatever.  Its a choice, so save yourself some grief and don't look.  Give them the attention they deserve, which would be none.   This way your mind wont be trying to figure out who is a stalker and who is not and you will be much happier when you get past this paranoia phase of your stalking.  Out of sight, out of mind is a good slogan to live by. The great thing about it is if you do it enough and ignore them consistently then it becomes second nature and you will start to ignore them naturally without even having to put effort into it.  Last piece of advice is to mask the noises your stalkers might use against you when you are at home. I recommend using the Mack's wax earplugs in conjunction with a fan close by or a white noise machine.  I used this stuff even before my stalking began and it can be a big help in relaxing or sleeping.
