Government Organized Stalking Defined

   I will give my own explanation of government organized stalking but it is a very complicated crime with many parts to it. The roots of this problem begin with the financial elite and power brokers of the world consisting of international bankers, leaders of technology corporations, and the military/intelligence agencies of the western world wanting to completely control everything and everyone. They use their power and money to rig everything in their favor where the world is run for their benefit at expense of the masses.  These elites have been heavily influencing and controlling the western governments for a long time now.  It is the military industrial complex and corporate fascism all intertwined with the federal government but led and controlled by these elites(common used monikers are New World Order (NWO) or Secret Shadow Government(SSG)) with their ultimate goal to install a one world totalitarian government. Laws and ethics do not matter in their power play against the world and they will do anything to maintain staying in control.  They are using their power and resources to covertly wage war and destroy the opposition that resides in the common citizens who are aware of the NWO's criminal behavior and oppose the installation of this totalitarian one world government.  As part of this war, the U.S. Government has put into place the covert political machinery of the totalitarian state to deal with those citizens deemed a threat by these powerful elites.  These days as a citizen, believing in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, or in general the rule of law, puts you in the status of being considered an enemy of the U.S. Government.  These aware citizens that are targeted are decent people though who want nothing more than a free world and life for everyone based on truth and justice. They have done nothing wrong or committed any crimes but are being persecuted like the Salem witch hunts of yesteryear.  The only problem these people pose to the elite is that they have the moral character and courage to speak out the truth about all the many illegal dealings of the U.S. Government and multi national corporations which are constantly working to erode our rights to freedom of thought, action, and expression. Truth getting out to the masses about all the U.S. Government's crimes against humanity is the great equalizer to the evil the NWO is perpetrating on the world and will ultimately be their undoing.  The NWO crowd knows this is true which is why they fear and seek out to destroy these people of good character who are warning of the police state that now exists in America. Once identified, these people of character are blacklisted and oppressed by having non stop stalking campaigns unleashed on them through corruption that runs the entire gambit from the national security agencies down to the local sheriff and police departments.  It is extrajudicial covert punishment being dealt out against innocent people where the rule of law and due process no longer exist in America. The second part of organized stalking has to do with ongoing illegal human experimentation for the last 60 years or so involving neurosciences research or what might broadly be called mind control. It seems that once blacklisted, you become a throw away American citizen that opens you up to possible illegal human experimentation beyond the organized stalking. A targeted person may find themselves exposed to remote mind control technology and methodologies or exposure to certain types of directed energy weapons.  Mind control is an area of high interest that the national security agencies and military have been pouring billions into each year trying to perfect for a long time now. The information being gained from mind control by targeting individuals is being implemented into control technologies for use against the masses.
       To begin, "TI" is the common acronym for Targeted Individual in which the  many thousands of victims of this crime across this country identify themselves as or just "target" for short. The crime is a very sophisticated form of subtle but constant harassment that consists of psychological attacks made by many people all working together against the target/victim everyday with no let up. These acts committed by each individual stalker against the victim would not be viewed as a crime or anything too out of the ordinary at face value by themselves if the stalker was actually just a person going about their everyday life activities but they are not. The acts may look like rather common place neighborhood activities to outsiders but they are actually organized harassment episodes and a crime against the target because the stalker is actually working within a larger group that has been assembled with the intention to psychologically harm the target. A lot of these attacks are very subtle in nature and are blended into the normal everyday occurrences of a neighborhood to avoid causing too much attention on the stalkers or their actions but the target recognizes them as attacks because they have been sensitized to the fact that a hostile group of organized people are working against them all the time whether they are at home or away. The real crime is all the stalkers working in unison against the victim daily through a command and control structure run by the U.S. Government or one of its contractors and the cumulative negative effect it has on them and their life over the long run. An important thing to remember about this crime is that it is designed to be spread out over many people only doing minor acts so it is difficult to prove or pin it on any one specific person or group of people. The culmination of thousands of these attacks built up over time from many years wear the victim down mentally which can cause a great deal of psychological anguish to the point where it is very hard for the victim to function with a healthy sense of well being anymore.  A victim/target has to learn  to get control of their emotions and behavior because of these attacks if they are going to survive it. The whole situation is rather overwhelming for the target because your average person experiencing this crime is ill prepared to deal with a full non stop 24/7 psychological warfare campaign waged against them and this is exactly what they have to endure. The motives behind these psyche attacks are not a harmless and trivial matter and the whole process is designed to destroy peoples lives which it does. These tactics take their emotional and physical toll on targets. There is no avoiding this and no one is above the power and damage of these psychological attacks over the long run.  Organized stalking destroys the victims quality of life to the point that they will be taken out of society for good one way or another including death. Targets can and do become destitute through lack of being able to hold or seek out work because of the stress and complications living as a constant stalking victim. Have no doubt, many people have been killed (murdered) by this stalking program through the cumulative stresses of slow mental torture over the years or by way of being forced into suicide to escape their ordeal. The stalking program is a slow, laborious, costly, time and resource consuming way to kill or control someone. The government can take this slow kill/control method against the victim though because they have the resources and time to do it and have kept it hidden from the public because to be more outright about it would risk drawing unwanted attention on the governments criminality in which they desperately fear being found out. To be found out would risk an uprising by the people to take back the country from these criminals who run it. I think the stalking program is just biding time until they can find a more permanent solution to deal with all the people who oppose their crimes like taking people away in the middle of the night and putting them into reeducation or detention camps. These types of actions have been set as the precedent of the police state throughout history but since the American people are well armed and would start a civil war I do not see this happening anytime soon.  So, until the U.S. Government has wrested enough final control over the American people and they think they can get away with these types of actions with no reprisals, the need for the stalking program will continue to exist.  Another facet from the program is that I think they want the victims to spread the word of the secret police state that now exists in America by word of mouth informally to the rest of the population. The message being that if you challenge us we will destroy you and your life. This is all part of the plan to install in America the new ideals of a culture based on intimidation and mind control through the use of fear and terror tactics. They want you to feel that this is what will happen to you if you criticize or challenge any actions illegal or otherwise by the U.S. Government or multi national world corporations. This is not speculation and is happening right now in the present day in America! The powers that be are smart enough to know you implement a dictatorship slow and steady over time.  The government is never going risk an open civil war with the American people outright by admitting that America is now in a police state dictatorship and you have no guaranteed rights anymore. This is the slow soft covert death of personal rights and freedoms for American citizens, not an outwardly flagrant violent over throw of their rights guaranteed under the Bill of Rights and Constitution.
      The common tactics of these organized stalking campaigns that all targets face is that you are under constant observation with high tech listening and surveillance equipment which can be used against you in your home non stop 24/7. There is no way for the target to know exactly when they are being monitored or not but it equates to most of the time in the first several years or so because the harassment is constant and spread out evenly throughout most of each of every entire 24 hour day based on your own activity in your home.  If you make it past this stage, the harassment slows somewhat and becomes more sporadic in nature with periods of high and low activity but it is still present almost every day.  The stalkers move into your neighborhood posing as regular folks and get close enough to establish the surveillance on the front, back and even the sides of your house if necessary. Using their high tech equipment allows them to know where you are in your house at all times and what you are doing with the ability to monitor all your conversations if you do not take precautions. The information they get from monitoring you is used to attack you many times daily and most targets do not realize just how bad their privacy has been violated for a long time until their stalkers start to show them over time just how well they can hear everything that goes on in your home.  When away from your house it is no better because you are tracked where ever you go.  When you go out into public the stalkers will attack you with a whole litany of different types of attacks that have been devised to be used in just about any situation you find yourself in the outside world.
      Since victims of this crime have done nothing wrong, most targets can not fathom the why or who that is behind the depth and sophistication of the psych operations that have been put into play against them.  The government uses a great deal of deception in the early years of a target's stalking campaign to throw them off from the fact that the U.S. Government is actually behind their stalking. The entire experience is surreal and creates a sense of isolation for the victim because this stuff is hard to explain to other people that this stalking is going on in their life.  Most people you tell have no background information or experience with organized stalking to begin with making it hard for them to believe that such a harassment program exists and that something like this could happen in present day America. Targets wonder in the void of what is happening to them in this overwhelming situation often alone until they either find out about the crime of organized stalking and move ahead with their new found knowledge or eventually succumb to the system.  If they seek help from the police or FBI, they will quickly learn that no one from these organizations will do much of anything for them.  Targets are usually still unaware of the national security agencies, local police, and sheriffs' complicity in organized stalking when they go to report the crime.  If these targeted people are really guilty of something then why do so many targets go to the FBI and police for help. Do real criminals turn to these organization for help? I do not think so.
      How does this all begin?  I believe a cover story is manufactured by the government of some sort of wrong doing by the target probably with regards to terrorism or something similar to start the whole process in motion. This is to motivate the stalkers to participate in the organized stalking crime against the target even though the government officials running these programs know most of these people have done nothing wrong.  While there is a core group of criminals running these programs that totally understand the ramifications of what they are doing, a large part of the success of the stalking program relies on the ignorance of many of the participating stalkers culled from neighborhoods and watch groups.  Most of these people are not smart enough to realize they are being used by the government to commit a serious felony crime and that the real impact on the victim is a serious matter. They do not realize that they have been duped into being participant criminals themselves conspiring to greatly harm someone or even kill them.  Whether they understand that fact or not is irrelevant and they are just as culpable as anyone else knowingly committing felony stalking with intent to harm. 
     Where is this organized stalking coming from and why does it exist?  Presently, I believe it is coming from the Fusion Centers created by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that were mostly established after the 9/11 attacks but the CIA, FBI, military and even local law enforcement all have their hand in it and are working together to make this happen. All of this has precedence though before 9/11 from very similar type covert operations run against the American people in the past that were supposed enemies of the state just like what is happening to the falsely accused targets of today.  Historically, my research on it says group stalking tactics in America originated during the sixties through a program run by the FBI called COINTELPRO to deal with undesirables or targeted enemies of the state.  The FBI COINTELPRO operation was found to be illegal by the Church Committee and supposedly shut down in 1971 but really just slowed down and went underground.  While government oppression has always existed in some form throughout the history of human civilizations, victims of this crime started growing steadily during the 1990's when mobile tracking and communications technologies became mature and widely available.  This new era of oppression is driven by technological advances with cheap widespread communications equipment like cell phones and GPS tracking devices. Most of this tracking and the quick reaction times by the stalkers against the target couldn't even have occurred 25 years ago for that fact alone.
      The number of new organized stalking victims really started to take off in growth shortly after the 9/11 attacks which points towards the national security agencies being behind all of it.  It was a dragnet put in place from top to bottom to control the American people while using the phony war on terrorism as justification for our safety.  What resulted though has been nothing short of an extreme abuse of power and authority against American citizens.  With the stripping of many of our Constitutional rights under the Patriot Act because of 9/11, the war on terror has been used as an excuse to terrorize American citizens instead.  There is pressure to justify these bloated anti terrorism bureaucracies because there is not nearly enough real threats or work to go around. The whole anti terrorism racket has made corporate contractors rich and incompetent government bureaucracies ever expanding at the expense of attacking many good and innocent American people non stop for years on end to keep the whole organized stalking program in a constant state of perpetuation. There are never any charges forthcoming or questioning ever made against targets. Everyone is automatically treated as guilty with no due process. The rule of law has no meaning anymore. The organized group stalking campaigns are used to control the many people put into question on these lists to destroy them without having anybody to hold accountable for it. If any of this was legitimate or had any credible evidence on any of the targets in these investigations then why is no one ever arrested and charged with anything? 
      As if this information above is not disturbing enough by itself, as mentioned before there is another component to this mostly unknown story and it has to do with illegal human experimentation. One reason I believe people are put on the list is that a pool of candidates has to be maintained, so the corrupt amoral individuals in our government, military, national security agencies, along with academic research departments at universities and private business can illegally and non consensually experiment on human beings with new untested technologies and not be held accountable for the consequences of it.  They all collude together to make it happen.  Whether targets are picked before hand and put on the list to be experimented on or are chosen as a consequence of being put on the list for other reasons, I do not know. If you fit the list of  requirements they are looking for though you will be entered into the program without your knowledge and you will have to find out the hard way like the rest of stalking victims do over time. These stalking campaigns by themselves are definitely part of the experimentation but other targets claim they are being subjected to further experimentation beyond the organized stalking by classified high tech mind control and energy weapons used against them as torture.  Although not every target claims to experience these types of attacks, I do not think this group is precluded from the very real possibility that covert technologies are still being used against them but they have not been made aware of it yet.
     It might come as a surprise to readers here but the U.S. Government has a long and shady past with regards to illegal non consensual human experimentation for at least the last 70 years on their own citizens and people in other countries as well.  The CIA's  MK ULTRA program is one of the most notorious illegal mind control experimentation programs from the past used on Americans. What is happening today to targets is just the ongoing present era version of it.   President Obama's  Bioethics Commission meetings on Feb28 - Mar 1, and  May 18-19, 2011 took public testimony from people being tortured by these weapons in addition to the organized stalking that goes along with it.       There is a major cover up going on around the country about the crime of organized stalking because law enforcement is not doing anything about it when targets go to the police or FBI for help. In 2017 the local police and government officials do know of its existence but are being told to deny it and stand down from higher up. There is no good  legitimate excuse to not get involved though and covering it up just makes them cowards for not dealing with it. If you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem.  Doing the right thing is not the easy path but when good people in power in our government and law enforcement decide to take this matter of great importance to our collective future of this once great nation into their own hands again then we will be moving in the right direction.  Until then, America will continue decaying from its former virtues of truth and justice for all into a ruthless dictatorship.
    The general public remains uninformed about these crimes against American citizens because the mainstream media does not cover it much.  Organized stalking has been suppressed a great deal by the corporate controlled media because of the American intelligence agencies complicity in it. I guess it would not be too cool to have the American public learn that their government is responsible daily for torturing and illegally experimenting on their own citizens. Things are changing for the better though and there will continue to be a steady flow of information about this crime in 2017 coming out through Internet news groups, radio shows, message forums, websites, blogs and networking activities of advocacy groups for human rights.  Along with all the criminal spying and abuse of power exposed against the American people by the NSA and Obama administration in general last summer, I expect the momentum of our message and media coverage on organized stalking to continue growing in 2017.  People everywhere are becoming more educated about this crime everyday and that is a good thing.  For now, any exposure targets can get about organized stalking and the truth behind it is the most current victims can hope for as a hedge against this evil, unjust and deadly system.  I would encourage people learning about this crime to share this information with as many people as possible that innocent Americans are being psychologically tortured and worse everyday in this country with full concurrence by the U.S. Government.  Remember, anybody could become the next victim of this crime including you or someone you care about.

A book has come out recently that blows the false government narrative, that 20 children and 6 adults were killed at Sandy Hook, in Newtown Connecticut, out of the water.  The book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, co-edited by Professor James Fetzer and several other contributors with PhD's was being sold on Amazon.com before it was taken down and no longer available. I mean the book and page it was on was completely removed like it never existed. Exposing Major Crimes by the U.S. Government

    The original purpose of my blog was to bring light to others about the police state that now exists in America and the crimes committed by the U.S. Government against their own citizens on a daily basis. These crimes are the constant harassment against innocent victims through the use of organized stalking groups. These same crimes are not alone an American problem but are occurring in many western/NATO countries around the globe but for the purposes of my blog I have focused on America's problems with it.   Its a hidden crime to the vast majority but there are many other notable high profile crimes the U.S. Government has been involved in that can be used to expose to the masses that our government is run by nothing but traitors and criminals against the best interest of the American people.  I would suggest to other fellow victims of organized stalking and anyone interested is spreading the truth to the unknowing public that three major events can be used to expose the major criminality of the U.S. Government against the American people.  These three events are the 9/11 attacks which were an inside job allowed to happen by traitors in our government, the phony Sandy Hook shootings and the fake Boston Marathon bombing event.  All of these events are well documented by now with plenty of solid evidence against the U.S. Government.  In exposing these big ticket crimes to the masses will make for a smoother path to exposing the remaining hidden big ticket crime of the U.S. Government's sanctioned stalking crimes against its citizens.  The source of a lot of this good information comes from the website Veterans Today who's writers all have close ties to the U.S. military industrial complex.  You will get a far closer version of real truth in Veteran's Today stories than you will ever get from the controlled mainstream media stories that continue to cover up the many lies and crimes of the American Government.

What You Need To Know

    I thought I would write some things that a targeted individual should be aware about the stalking program that has been unleashed upon them from my observations and experiences as a stalking victim by the U.S. Government myself for 8 years. This deals only with the psychological aspects of being stalked and does not cover the possible electro magnetic weapons that some victims claim to experience.  A long time targeted individual can attest to most of what I say is true but people in the earlier years of their stalking still may not be aware of a lot of it and what is to come in their future. I believe most of the stalking involves going after dissenters of the standing government which today means people that believe in the Constitution, Bill of Rights and in general the rule of law.  This makes you an enemy of the Government of the United States of America these days especially if you are outspoken about their criminality in just about everything they do.  While there is illegal experimentation going on against a subset of targeted individuals I believe the vast amount of government stalking is occurring to crush good people who will never go along with their tyranny.  As an experienced stalked individual, I understand that the program would be run against these experimentees just the same as I have encountered except I have never knowingly experienced any physical mind control technologies or electro magnetic weapons used against me but certainly psychological control methodologies have been used.
     The first thing you will quickly learn is that you are put in potential to be under constant observation which is mostly true almost non stop for the first 4-5 years which means everything you say in your home (without precautions) can be heard and recorded.  This also means all of your phone calls, plus all your emails, texts etc. are being recorded. Understand also that this means they have full access to everything on your computer and all programs on it which they can open up and use when you are away. They can see in real time what you are looking at on your computer and TV and they will show you this fact through their harassment in relation to these things in later years of your stalking.  Since the harassment is very heavy for at least 3 years you can assume someone is paying close attention to everything you do.
     The NSA spying scandal that came out in the summer 2013 has now verified this as true that everyone's data is being collected but what sets you, as a government stalking victim, apart from all the other citizens is that someone is actually paying attention to everything you say, write or read and keeping an active updated file on you recording everything you do.  This is not true of many of the other millions of citizens even though the government has a back log of a lot of these peoples' info as well and could stalk them anytime at will too. You have been set aside for special attention and harassment.  The main person in charge of your personal harassment regime is called your handler and all the information taken from you is used to harass you. So, what you need to learn is when you show a great deal of anger, fear, or depression about some situation or have preconceived ideas or prejudices about anything your handler will weave this into your harassment sooner or later.  They will always try to use this information to undermine you with psychological attacks.  Remember, the handler and stalkers already know from the out set where you the victim are in the dark is your stalking campaign against you is going to go on for many many years.  Never forget, everything you say and do is being recorded even from years back.  Once you realize this though you can use disinformation in your conversations with others or in emails to send your handler down the rabbit hole for a change. Its quite comical to see how your own disinfo comes back to you through various means and it gives you a good idea of how the stalking campaign is being run against you.  False drama in you home is even better with staged false anger outbursts about certain things to throw your handler off from time to time. I even keep my wife in the dark about these outbursts to sell it authentically.  I call it living room theater.  Do not go over board with these techniques against your handler as it will be obvious. Keep in mind this is a long war and you should control what false messages you send by thinking in terms of years.  Your handler can only go by what you say or write and they certainly can never understand the nuances of your beliefs for each situation of your life unless you explain yourself out loud in great detail which most people do not do. The low quality of their psyche attacks against me from what I have said has shown to me this is true.  Its like they are fishing for a reaction using basic fear techniques that applies to all humans because they don't know what really works on me and it shows they really don't understand me even after all these years because I learned not to give myself away.  This is actually good news because it shows this is really just a generalized harassment game plan and not so much about me directly.  Remember, their number one game is to make you feel violated and invaded on all levels of your life but a lot of it is just modern day tricks of their trade that they can access your personal information and cater it to your harassment to make you feel victimized.  You will be made to feel and believe that this is all solely about you and your harassment will reinforce these ideas but it is still just a general government oppression program being used on many people so you are not alone.  This will cause a great deal of discomfort knowing all of your privacy has been ripped away from you but I promise you can work through it and you will get used to it.  Stay strong and you can become immune to all of the psychological crap they throw at you eventually. Since these techniques are very time consuming over the long run they will use them less and less on you because remember they have many others to harass and they cant spend endless time on you for ever but they will hammer you hard for at least a good three years so you sure and hell wont forget.  I am sorry to say it does not end there but the program does change in nature against you as the years progress and transitions from a more direct in your face type of stalking into something more tolerable.  The frequency per day of the attacks will go way down over time but they will still be present almost every day.
    You will have to come to realize your stalkers have the ability to know where you are in your house at all times and even when you move to different parts of the house they will show you just how quick they are aware of that new information through their stalking attacks to let you know they know.  While a lot of the stalking techniques used against you in your home could be done through audio listening devices only and more passive direct observation through your windows especially at night, it is very labor intensive to do this over the long run so I believe there has to be technological automation involved in this. I believe either cameras, imaging technology or sensors are being used with computer monitoring to alert and show them where you are in real time.  While I do not know they can really see you as a total fact like a camera, using some automation technology makes a lot of sense considering the time and effort involved to constantly stalk you in your home especially in the early years of your stalking.  I believe a handler sits at a work station monitoring a victim in real time with sensors or whatever alerting them to your changing situation in your home.  They are the call player much like a coach on a football team but the handler's assets are a stalking team ready to play out the stalking order or instruction immediately to make their play a success.  I believe a lot the house monitoring comes from the small government prop planes that troll around the skys of all our metro areas 24 hours a day since 9/11 occurred and they orchestrate the local harassment against you.  They have lots of free time because they obviously have no real work to do so the government has enabled them to to harass innocent American citizens instead.  Most of the public is probably unaware of them but they are up there all the time whether they are harassing you or not.  Drones will be used for this in the future for monitoring if they are not already being used now across the country. So, you should understand now that there are these very proactive real time stalking techniques that are used almost non stop in the first couple years while at home but there are also the more passive techniques that do not require real time monitoring such as a general drive by or fly by to buzz the house at an assigned time. There are also many events that are planned out in advance for you like when you go to the store there are the street theater techniques but they are used against you in shopping stores and parking lots instead of your neighborhood.  As stated above, the nature of your stalking campaign waged against you will change from a very confrontational non stop frenzy to more and more subtle physiological attacks over the years.  The handler and planners have literally hundreds of ways to harass you that you are not even aware of yet and they will roll them out against you over time. Much of these subtler attacks will come through the use of popping sounds they can stimulate in electronics you use like the computer and watching TV.
     So knowing that you are watched this closely can be kind of stressful but it will pass with time as you get used to your new reality.  My best advice is just live your life as you always did and do not change your behavior for them or you will make yourself miserable because of it. I never changed anything I do in my home from a privacy stand point because I am an open and honest person so do not let them intimidate you into being ashamed from being yourself.  Remember, anything you do in you private life no matter how embarrassing you think it may be is nothing your stalkers do not do or experience themselves. It is human behavior and it is what it is so do not feel shame about it. One major exception to this rule is reacting to their various stalking attacks.  If they can see and hear you in your home then, you better learn not to show reactions to the daily attacks.  Learn to play the straight faced person in all situations and you will learn to control your reactions to their attacks anyplace at home or away which will serve you well in your long battle with this evil in your life. It is much like a poker game so be aware of your facial and body language. They will be looking for your tell ( gestures that give you away) if something bothers you or not so be aware of them.  Your own tells can be used to trick them back as well if you are aware of them and display them to fake them into believing you are being highly bothered by something they are doing when it really does not. Overall though, I would say that the best course of action is by showing no reactions to your stalkers because you deny the deviants their little fix they thrive on to harass you. Its like denying a junkie their next hit of smack.  You control them by depriving them of what they want and since you are also possibly being studied for mind control methods by your handler and the government you can deny feedback to them which makes you not a very good subject to study so be weary of what you say and do.  Resist them in this way and the less you say about what they do specifically and how it affects you personally the less they have to work with.  A very important thing to remember is that your handlers and stalkers are not the almighty, all knowing entity that knows everything about whats going on in your mind at all times.  You will read and be misled by disinformation in the TI community that they can read your mind anytime, anyplace remotely but I do not think this has been substantiated as truth one way or the other.  I do not feel this is true after 8 years in my experience but instead that a great deal of cataloging what you say and do in your life for years on end and sensitizing you to certain patterns is used to trick you into believing they can read your mind at will by weaving this information into their harassment techniques used against you.

LETTER PUBLISHED TO OBAMA ON U.S.GOVERNMENTS TORTURE OF ITS OWN CITIZENS

A letter was published to the president in a Washington D.C. daily entertainment newspaper regarding organized stalking and the torture of U.S. citizens by the government.  The president is fully aware and knows about the information contained in the letter.  He and his duplicitous administration have been in full compliance with it from the beginning. The ongoing torture is just a carry over from the crimes set in place against the people by the Bush administration.  The letter should serve to shame him and his administration for the total disgrace of their conduct and traitorous behavior towards the American people.

The letter appeared in the Express magazine print edition from the July 16, 2013 on page 4.  It was published in this paper because it was all that the victims of this crime could afford to pay. Originally, it was meant for the Washington Post but the victims do not have a $110,000 to pay for a full page ad in that newspaper.

NSA Spying & Organized Stalking

    With all the talk about the recent NSA spying scandal coming out in the regular news media, it is the first part of a two part story that needs to be told to the American people and the rest of the world. Any targeted individual definitely knows what the second part of the story is and it is the part that really needs to come out and be told.  It is a far uglier story than just the mere spying alone which is the only part of the story being peddled in the controlled mainstream media. The second part of the story is the secret crimes being perpetrated by the American Government against its own citizens because of the spying. The full truth to the entire story will only be out when the ramifications of all this illegal spying on the American people with its abuses of power resulting in psychological torture or worse for many innocent American citizens is told.  Until then, the story remains incomplete to the American people by the mainstream news.

Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory - Brain Invaders

Kudos to Jesse Ventura and his show Conspiracy Theory for finally doing a program to educate the American people about the plight of Targeted Individuals and the electronic weapons being used on them.  One shortcoming about the show is the lack of mentioning of just the regular tactics of organized stalking that goes along with the electronic energy weapons.  Overall, a great show and it is good to see this subject matter finally being main streamed. On Monday, January 16, 2012, a day when our nation celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., who dedicated his life to the pursuit of freedom for black Americans, members of the International Center Against the Abuse of Covert Technologies (ICAACT) launched a campaign that will, hopefully, one day soon free all Americans subjected to covert surveillance and torture.

The day began with a six mile march in Sacramento, California where the ICAACT banner was carried by activists Amy Anderson and Renata Murry.

“We walked seven miles, crossed bridges and were escorted by police. It was an honor to carry the banner for what we’re suffering from. We felt we were making a difference as targeted individuals,” said Amy.

“It is liberating to know that we as targeted individuals are standing up for ourselves and the message of our plight was well-received by many people at the March, “ added Renata.

An estimated 10,000 participants took part in the event which started at 8:00 am and continued in the afternoon with a rally, speeches, and music at Cesar Chavez Park.

“It went well,” says Peter Rosenholm, one of the co-founders of ICAACT. “We had a good number of people. A lot of them took away material from our booth, which by far drew the largest number of people.”

Amy explains further, “It was an opportunity to be out there among the people and have them ask me about the chip. And when they realized it was a form of control, they went into a protective mode, that it was something they did not want to happen to them.”

One of the speakers at the rally was Jesse Beltran, also a co-founder of ICAACT who remarked, “This was a win for us as victims of domestic terrorism. We were successful in presenting our issues in a methodical way with only one purpose; that was to educate the general population about the seriousness of the abuse of technology and how it affects this country and human beings in a very adverse way.”

Successful Sacramento 'Targeted Individuals' Meeting Aug 30, 2011

Below is a summary of Jesse Beltran 's TI meeting in his own words.  With over 80 attendees and several speakers this has to be one of the most successful targeted individual meetings ever held.  Thank you Jesse, for all your hard work.



Northern California Victims Meeting  

In co-operation with FFCHS and individuals working to help victims of Domestic Terrorism

Synopsis of meeting held in Davis California at the Veterans’ Memorial Community Center Theater

On August 30th 2011 a meeting was held in Northern California for the specific purposes of gathering signatures for a letter written to Senator Joe Simitian and to provide frequency scanning free of charge for any of the attendees.

The guest speakers were Doug Millar, Roger Tolces, Dr. Ed Spencer, Elizabeth Adams, and host Jesse Beltran.

Doug Millar is a private investigator and long time colleague of the late Ted Gunderson. Doug spoke about the history of human manipulation programs in the United States and the exposure of such programs by his dear friend Ted Gunderson the former F.B.I. agent in charge of the Los Angeles, Dallas and Memphis divisions. Doug touched on the fact that these crimes against people need to be addressed as “electronic domestic terrorism”. He believes it is more effective than using the label “targeted Individual”.

Roger Tolces was the next speaker. He is a 30-year private investigator who specializes in providing services to victims of electronic harassment. Roger was very informative. He did a question and answer session. He addressed the types of equipment he uses to detect RF transmissions and electromagnetic transmissions. He states that the technology has progressed to bio-coded directed energy; this means attacks can be DNA specific. This is how individuals
and groups of individuals can be easily targeted. Roger explained to the group different ways he helps victims build protection systems utilizing shielding technologies that he has  developed.

Dr. Ed Spencer is a neurologist who graduated from Yale School of medicine. Ed addressed issues regarding who is doing these crimes. He also addressed how the medical community would rather turn a blind eye and look to diagnose individuals as having a psychological disorder rather than deal with the truth. He emphasized the need to band together to fight these issues by finding a common ground and working towards that goal. Dr. Spencer has been a patriot by coming forth and having the courage to speak the truth, even though he faces scrutiny in the medical community. We thank him for his courage.

Elizabeth Adams from AmericaNeedstoKnow.tv emphasized the importance of bringing others outside the victim community to our meetings to promote public awareness. She presented documentation on 31,700,000 individuals who have made websites regarding the subject of mind control programs. She provided information about legislation passed that prevents any mind control technologies being used in airspace over the City of Berkley California. Elizabeth pointed out that if we could have more turn out like this one, we would be more effective in fighting this type of terrorism in America.

We had approximately 80 attendees which were comprised of victims, non-victims, media from the cable networks, public access networks, and a journalist. An  awesome turn out!

We addressed California Senate Bill 362 authored by Senator Joe Simitian. Senate Bill 362 makes it illegal for the non-consensual sub dermal transplantation of an RFID device on any human in the State of California. Violation of SB 362 is currently a misdemeanor and has a 3-year statute of limitation.

The letter addressed to Senator Joe Simitian, was signed by attendees at the meeting. The letter requests that violation of SB 362 be changed to a felony and that the 3-year statute of limitations be changed to indefinite to be equal to that of a capital murder case. In addition, a request was made that specific language be added to consider this type of crime a form of Domestic Terrorism.

We demonstrated how shielding works, and why individuals who come up positive on preliminary scans had to be tested in a Faraday Cage. We did this by building a miniature working model of a Faraday Cage. Demonstration worked perfectly as expected.

The highlight of the meeting was the preliminary RF scanning. Twenty-four people were tested. Thirteen came up positive for RF transmission. All findings were in the LF wave range. Bioethics Commission Meeting 6 Update

An interesting turn of events occurred with the Bioethics Commission in the interim between  Meetings 4 & 5 and Meeting 6 on Aug 29-30, 2011.  Apparently, it got a little too hot for the Bioethics Commission that was hearing public testimony about all the current heinous crimes being committed against innocent American citizens at the hands of the U.S. Government. They ended up sending letters out to several hundred people that did not get to speak at these two previous Meetings 4 & 5 and it stated that they would take no more testimony from these torture victims at Meeting 6.  You can read the text of the letter for yourself at this link.

By not letting all these people give more testimony, I think there was definitely pressure from above to keep the cover up on going by not giving any more attention to this issue.

Selection of Targets Beyond Corruption- Is it Scientific Study?

         If it is not blind corruption that got us into the predicament of being a target then I think it is fair to assume that we are not randomly chosen. We either represent a threat to be controlled or a resource to be developed and exploited because that is the only way military and intelligence types think. What other justification is there for torturing innocent people for many years on end other than illegal non consensual human experimentation? I do not believe any one target represents too much a threat on an individual level to them but represents certain types of people that might come together with characteristics that are always going to be a threat to those trying to over throw our Constitution and install an illegal new Fascist style government with non existent rights for the individual.  People who tell the truth and better yet, can see the real truth behind all the obfuscations by the government would fall into that category.  They are the ones deemed dangerous by the Establishment if they can not be made to fall into line of what the government has in store for us. The supposed threat to them is not even what you have done wrong yet but what you might do in the future that gets you put on the harassment list.  Evil always operates from a place of illegitimacy so those practicing it are quick to stomp out any opposition no matter how small or irrelevant because they know it could all come undone rather quickly if the real truth gets out to too many people about what they are trying to do.  The corrupt government bureaucrats know the plan to install a Fascist government would never pass the muster of the people in a truly free democracy but as it stands now the whole political process has been compromised.  They can not fight fair because they know they have zero integrity so they either coerce you to join or label you a threat.  Once presumed a threat by this crowd, then there is never any humanitarian or ethical concerns ever involved in their decision making process when they deal with people in this category. Hence, we have the organized stalking against thousands of innocent Americans today because of it.  These controlling types of people always exploit other human beings for their benefit one way or another and if they can not do that then they destroy them.  This is all they do and it never changes.
        Ultimately, all the stalking the American government does against its citizenry has to do with control.  Its always been about control and now along with the traditional methods of mind control they are trying to do it with developing remote mind control technology which I am sure is very advanced but highly classified so I do not speculate too much about what it can do because I really do not know.  No touch covert warfare is the wave of the future between the nations and also the control of a nation's population.  Killing people is a messy laborious business along with the costly destruction of property that goes with it as history has shown us.  Until the government wrests full control of everything, they can operate covertly like they are doing today to keep dissenters down. This new Fascist Government does not want millions of people rioting across the country and greatly disrupting the system through violence and bloodshed so they will never openly state they are going to take away everyones rights.  They will take away rights in small but steady steps like is happening today always playing to the fears of society like terrorism as a reason these rights have to be taken away.  But do not fear, it will all be OK because our government bureaucrats know what is best for us and they would never take advantage in this type of situation. (please note sarcasm)  This is why 9/11 was orchestrated for the American people so their rights of freedom could be taken away from them slowly but steadily through the Patriot act. It was passed at first to loosen restrictions on surveillance and once they got that going it made it easy for corruption to set in to harass and stalk anybody they wanted for any reason all done covertly from the public. This was no accident when this was implemented and it had all been planned for a long time.  They knew exactly what they were doing.  To avoid great civil unrest with the violence and destruction that goes along with it is the reason why I believe so much money, time and resources have already gone into developing these mind control technologies and will continue to do so. It is to control the important individuals in our government, foreign governments or independent minded individuals and dissenters that might bring about problems against the plans of the New World Order. The process is already well on its way today and targets are probably the last line of defiance for them to overcome.  We may represent the type of people that would be the hardest to influence and control so they are practicing on us and refining their technics.
      I think most targeted individuals are the type of person that are no nonsense truth seekers who tell it like it is and will not back down. We may be more difficult than average to influence with mind control technologies and we are now the challenge presented for the establishment to deal with us. Since targeted individuals may not be as susceptible to the typical mind control tactics used on the masses by the various mass media outlets today such as TV, certain Internet media and the print media, it is easier for us to see the truth.  For the rest, I think the mass media mind control has been very successful and  gone a long way to making your average citizen rather complacent when it comes to challenging the government. What the people behind the New World Order fear the most about the truth seers are that they have the ability to counter the mind control complacency that most people seem to be unaware of and the influence it has over them.  With the truth, these seers wield the power to wake up the masses to what is really happening in our society and the danger that this fast approaching tyranny will have on all people if it is not stopped dead in its tracks.  Since the American government runs on a great deal of lies, deception and deceit in most of its undertakings especially as it pertains to the intelligence agencies and military, it is natural that people who have the moral courage to confront these wrong doings and bring forth the truth against them for the rest of the people to see would be a threat.  Truth is power and the great equalizer to the evil and deceit behind the Establishment and their real agenda which has very little to do with the best interest of the people.
      If all of our targeting does have to do with scientific research and our ability to resist mind control, then all targets might share similar attributes that are not present to the eye but makes us connected in some way.  It could be genetics, or something like the way our brains process information like being introverted as opposed to extroverted.  I am only speculating and I am sure there a many factors involved that determines the way we are that they might be interested in looking at from our behavior, our environment or to the way are brains are structured.  As of now there is not much information about this available and I am only putting it out there for others to ponder on.

Beware of the Brainwash

Four years in, and I finally get the idea behind brainwashing and the stalking that accomplishes it.  For a long time I did not understand what was the purpose of the constant daily regime of harassment going on against me was about but I now know.  To brainwash someone you have to destroy their previously conceived reality about themselves and their life in the outside world.  Once this has been achieved along with the promotion of making the target feel isolated from their support system whether real or imagined opens them up for the new programming.  At this point, the target has been broken down from what they always thought they knew about how their life and the world around them worked.  For an American, the ideas of freedom  and personal rights of what you think, say and do are guaranteed under the Constitution. These rules or cultural values are instilled in Americans their entire life through the regular known institutions in society. What had passed as normal everyday life before and what they had always known and previously lived under are no longer present.  In this new distressed state caused by the mismatch from previously conceived ideas about what their life was and what it has now become, the target becomes malleable to their handlers or the ones attempting to reprogram them.  In this susceptible state the target is more impressionable to new ideas to be implanted into their new found reality from outside influences since it has been shown to them that the rules that pertained to their old life were not as immutable as they thought.  The new set of rules of everyday living are introduced to the target which is that they are under surveillance 24/7 with the underlying psychology of the idea that their life is not their own anymore without scrutiny by others.  This idea is reinforced many times daily and the target is constantly reminded by the new set of rules forced upon them each day which is the purpose behind all the harassment episodes.  The target then discovers when they seek help from the police or FBI for protection that no help will be forthcoming.   They are now isolated from the very institutions that are supposed to help them and they are left to deal with it on their own.  That is the brainwash and the control.  It becomes the target's new way of life where after many years it is hard for them to even remember living their life anymore from the past when the new rules were not in place.  Through this process the target is eventually indoctrinated into their new culture whether they like it or not because their is no real escape from it.  The extraordinary world of intense daily harassment from people with seemingly endless resources and devotion to mentally tormenting you each day that the target finds themselves thrown into for no logical reason becomes normalized to the target. The once shocking is now common place for every day living and you do not even give it a second thought anymore.  It all becomes just a part of everyday life but your new perspective onto the world has been changed forever and there is no going back.
      I have heard that once targets have attained this state, they can be recruited as handlers because of this normalizing of new lifestyle to them. You are now living in their new world of rules the handlers created and showed you which has formed your new mindset. You are a new brainwashed asset to them so why wouldn't they want to take advantage of you.  It took them a lot of time, effort and money to build you into what they wanted you to become which is someone now totally desensitized to the world of brainwashing and mind control but not necessarily the bad ethics that accompany it.  Who is more qualified to manipulate other targets than someone who has actually experienced it at all levels for a long period of time.  They created the new you and now they want to get some use out of you. When they take away all of your support system by ruining your life then you will be much more prone to their influence to get it all back.  All you have to do is become part of the program as a handler or whatever it is they have in mind for you.  Taking decent people, destroying their lives and making them do evil things to be left alone again and regain what they once had is how the program co-opts targets into becoming stalkers.  Is that not the ultimate mind modification program?  Its an illusion of freedom though if you join the program because you will be totally under their control and you will be manipulated even further to practice their evil with no escape.  A target who stays clear of this trap will avoid this debacle with a clear conscience to boot.  At least as a target you still have control of your life even though they will try their hardest to make you feel otherwise.  They can only control you if you let them do it.  Remember, you would not have been targeted in the first place if you were not already somewhat of a decent person with good values and capable of independent thought.  This is what they fear about you otherwise there would be nothing for the brainwash stalking program to co-opt about you in the first place. Try and keep that in mind if things become overbearing.  While some targets are co-opted this way I honestly do not believe a large percentage of them do this and this is not the main purpose of the stalking program anyway but merely an off shoot of it the handlers can use to their advantage sometimes.  I can see targets being forced with the idea of homelessness after they have lost all their support systems being coerced to join the program out of desperation and I would not blame them.  A system so rigged, unfair and powerful against an individual can force bad choices sometimes but survival to live and fight another day is the most important idea to keep alive for people living in these desperate situations.  To end, I think if a target has not been taken out of society one way or another by the first couple years of their ordeal with targeting and are still functioning then the main purpose of the brainwashing program targets go through is to prep them for more programing all in an effort for them to propagandize ideas of manipulation and social control by the government against the population.  A target can also be used as an asset to spread disinformation as well depending on what needs the handlers and the program have in mind for goals to accomplish.

Selection of Targets by the Government- Is It Just Corruption or Is It More?

   I have come to believe that the answer behind organized stalking is a combination of political corruption first and then possibly scientific study second.  I think if the answer is simple corruption then the story behind it is still very convoluted.  It would be that federal contractors are being used by the intelligence agencies to organize these crime groups and training them to stalk people to make money. How do they do this? First, they need "bad guys" to chase around and make it look like they are actually doing something of value while they rip off the government for millions of dollars.  Since they need "bad guys" continuously to make money,  targets will remain the bad guys indefinitely regardless of their circumstances. The government administrators in charge of these programs maintain their power base through the bloat in their budgets not needed and abuse this power to go after anyone they want all under the largely fabricated and pressing need to stop terrorism.  I do not think they care one way or another about the innocence of individuals or real threats to consider as long as they can maintain the power base they created for themselves.  Its all the same to them.  Absolute power corrupts absolutely as the saying goes.  These corrupt contractors stay fat and happy as well with lots of money for doing nothing but harassing innocent people and I am sure they provide lots of bogus information about the target to the government to keep this illegal stalking crap ongoing against targets.  I am sure they fuel the lies that targets present some type of danger but it is total bullshit.  So everyone stays paid and happy but the poor targeted individual who has to hold on for dear life at the hands of maniacs running these stalking operations against innocent citizens. Its no different than drug companies pushing their pills on patients for every possible problem under the sun regardless if they are even safe or really needed.  Remember, pharmaceutical companies do not make nearly as much money if they cure you permanently of something instead of indefinitely treating you.  They would much rather keep you on pills forever that may or may not really help you rather than treating you permanently. They really do not care as long as they are making lots of money which they do. Security is no different.  If there are no real threats present then they have to be invented to keep the money coming in to the intelligence agencies budget and so you have the "phony war on terror".  Not that real threats do not exist from the Middle East and elsewhere but it is not nearly as serious as the government makes it out to be but being the power hungry pigs they are, they keep the subterfuge flowing so as to keep as much money coming in as possible at the expense of the American taxpayers.  I think the government has more than enough money already to do an adequate job for national security now but phony new threats have to keep being invented to keep the money spigots flowing.  It keeps the state control apparatus ever growing and far reaching into things it really has no business being involved in like prying deeply into innocent people's lives for no just reason. This is one of capitalisms main failures when ethics are taken out of the equation which is the model that just about everything seems to run under these days.  When problems are invented for services not really needed or very overstated then corruption has set in and this happens all the time in government as we all know. The problem is a lot worse than just wasting money from the public coffers though because people are being hurt and killed by this system. I find this answer to how ongoing organized stalking occurs unchecked against innocent people to be very believable especially for targets who are only experiencing the stalking tactics against them.  For the targets experiencing more than the organized stalking tactics like mind and energy weapons then it probably has more to do with human experimentation but I believe the segment of targets that believe they are only experiencing the stalking tactics are also part of the mind control experimentation as well.  Targets subjected to the stalking everyday are definitely conditioned to a new set of life rules that regular folks do not have to deal with or even understand.  The underlying message to the target is that their life is not their own anymore when they are conditioned to believe they are under a perceived constant scrutiny.  That is a form of mind control in itself so the targets experiencing this can not really be separated from targets receiving more extreme forms of mind control technology.  If the stalking is purely a social control mechanism only and targets are harassed because of corruption then the assumption should be made that targets are subjectively chosen because of political reasons and not selected for a specific reason as it pertains to mind control testing and study.   I do not know if this segment of targets is really being experimented on in the sense of a clinical study because I think the government already has a good idea of what it will accomplish. Organized stalking is already a tried and true method from the past so I doubt the clinical data it creates is the main purpose behind it but I am sure it is still documented non the less.  Most people being stalked seem to share the qualities of having independent thinking, intelligence, speaking their mind being truthful and honest.  As you can see they are qualities that are the natural enemies against the criminals that wield power in our government and intelligence agencies.  These criminals operate on lies, deceit, misinformation and misdirection so its easy to understand why targets with these good qualities are targeted.  These days its not even if you have done anything wrong but merely having these good characteristics above makes you a target automatically because of something you might do against them someday.  The fact that targets are being slandered as mentally ill and marginalized when they seek help, being tempted to act with violence against their stalkers in hopes they will be put in jail,  and actually being killed because of this system does not foretell people being gathered together for on going mind experimentation but does for political enemies to be neutralized.  There does appear to be different stages of the stalking operation against the target and I am starting to believe if the target is not weeded out in the first couple of years of their stalking due to the reasons above then it puts them in a pool of targets for possibly more advanced experimentation.  It is a kind of  mental survival of the fittest that qualifies a target for further research. Since the target has been carefully molded and prepared by the brainwashing for several years that probably makes them more prone to the long term phases of the experiment whatever that may be. The fact that a lot of targets claim not to experience the more advanced mind and energy weapons until several years into their stalking gives some weight to my argument.  Another goal or possibly even the main goal of the government organized stalking program in my opinion is that it is being used to send a message to the public about what is coming in the near future.  I think targets are being allowed to get their message out to the public about their stories because it is being used as a tool for control of the population. It is getting to the point where organized stalking is not the secret crime it has been anymore so I think this is being allowed in the open to let the general public know this is what can happen to them if they go up against this ever evolving new Fascist government that is steadily being put into place. The fact that this wicked and out of control government stalking program already exists without public knowledge or controls where people are being tortured daily and no one is doing anything to help them sends a powerful message to the masses that will scare them as it should. It will keep most people complacent through fear just like it was designed to do and just the way the government likes it.  It is a propagandized threat to the public for what happens to dissenters against the system. Most people do not have the moral courage to go up against the system anyway so the underlying message will suffice to keep most people in check.  You could say the whole program is a mass mind control technique implemented at the expense of targets lives. The program sacrifices the lives of a couple thousand targets making them spread the word to the rest of the country about the new rules for Americans if you oppose the Fascist regime being put into place. Most people can not even fathom something this awful exists in a Western Society because they have been coddled their whole life about the existence of their freedom and rights. It is all a smoke screen that will be lifted before their eyes once the general public gets the real story of what is going on in this country and that criminals are in charge of a large part of the government and have been for quite a while now.
